In the kingdom of Talero, Evolette has always been alone, surviving in a world that offers her little kindness. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction. However, please note that damages incurred during shipping or lost packages are beyond our control. In such cases, a claim will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Orders marked for in-store pickup must be collected within 7 days of notification. After 7 days, unclaimed items will be restocked, and no refunds will be issued.
