Books will be signed in person during the event on 11/15/2025 and will ship a few days after the event concludes.
If you’re attending in person, please note that books included with your event ticket will already be available for you at check-in. You only need to preorder here if you’d like an extra copy or if you’re not attending and would like a signed (non-personalized) copy mailed to you.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. After that, delivery times vary based on your location, usually between 5-7 business days for USA orders and 10-15 business days for international orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out to us at orders@heartboundbookshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction. However, please note that damages incurred during shipping or lost packages are beyond our control. In such cases, a claim will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Orders marked for in-store pickup must be collected within 7 days of notification. After 7 days, unclaimed items will be restocked, and no refunds will be issued.
