Do you offer international shipping?
We have currently halted international shipping due to increasing claims of damages and lost packages.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. After that, delivery times vary based on your location, usually between 5-7 business days for USA orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, we offer standard and priority shipping options for USA orders.

How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. They are determined at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out to us at orders@heartboundbookshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction. Please note that damages incurred during shipping or lost packages are beyond our control. In such cases, a claim will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

What is your pre-order policy?
Pre-orders are orders placed for titles that have not yet been released. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your copy in advance. Here is what to expect:

  • Pre-orders will ship after the release date, once we have received the title and any included incentives.
  • If your order contains multiple items, everything will ship together once the last pre-order item becomes available. If you would like items to ship separately, please place separate orders.
  • Once a pickup or shipping notification has been sent, your order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • If you need to cancel a pre-order before fulfillment, please contact us at orders@heartboundbookshop.com as soon as possible.

What is your pickup policy?
Once you receive a pickup notification, you have 7 days to collect your order. If your order is not picked up within that window, it will be restocked on the shelf.
