Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We offer international shipping to select countries, including Australia, Canada, European Union, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, UAE, and the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. After that, delivery times vary based on your location, usually between 5-7 business days for USA orders and 10-15 business days for international orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At the moment, we offer standard and priority shipping options for USA orders and standard shipping options only for international orders

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out to us at orders@heartboundbookshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction. However, please note that damages incurred during shipping or lost packages are beyond our control. In such cases, a claim will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Heartbound Book Shop. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. Name, phone number, email address or order number) is required for all returns.
  • Please ensure the item is in its original condition.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at orders@heartboundbookshop.com.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end

How long does it take to process my return?

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • A brief description of your book (romance sub-genre, audience, release date)
  • Retail price and distribution details (Direct, publisher, Ingram, etc.)
  • Any marketing or promotional plans that might help sales
