Friday Night Lights meets Yellowstone in this scorching new romance series about a fictional small town in East Texas and a lawless family of ranchers who are hellbent on pushing back against the people who fear them.
Layla Hayes never wanted love. With eyes full of stars, she’s always dreamt of leaving Saddlebrook Falls in the dust, determined to escape her small town and the “traditional” future her mother has planned for her. But then she falls for her town’s golden boy—the older, gorgeous starting quarterback, Jason Moore—and her dreams of living life for herself begin to disappear like smoke. Still, despite planning her forever with Jason, she’s intent on chasing her own dreams and heads to NYU for college.
When a devastating loss forces her to return to her hometown, Layla must reconsider everything she thought she knew about herself. It doesn’t take long for her to realize the future she craves may have been right in front of her all along.
